There was this old call to 911 of a guy saying he was in a phone booth. He said he hit a deer and the deer came back to life and bit him in the neck and then a dog bit him. I have no idea if that was a prank or a real call. hahahaa Classic!
According to Snopes: I need a bambulance 911 call isn’t a real emergency call. It’s widely credited as a staged training/demo prank recorded by Mickey Dawes, a former cop and 911/EMS tech trainer. According to write-ups that quote a 9-1-1 Magazine article, Dawes performed versions of the bit while demonstrating new dispatch equipment; one of those recordings is the clip that later went viral on radio and the web.
